"HE WHO CARETH NO FROM WHENCE HE CAME CARETH LITTLE WHITHER HE GOETH."
Daniel Webster
Welcome family and friends. I'm so glad you stopped by. I have dedicated this website to our loved ones that have gone on before us. They have ran the race that was before them and I hope that those of us that still have ours to run will make them proud. By creating this site I want all to know that our family is very important to us and although we may have changed in many different ways and moved apart from each other, we are still and always will be very close at heart.

This is true for ALL FAMILIES. Some of our ancestors made some pretty serious mistakes, just as we do at times. None of us are superior over another. Don't be judgemental by what you might find out as you search back. I believe, just like us, our ancestors did the best that they could at that time. If something you read offends you, then I am sorry. That was not my intention. The facts help you understand the lifestyles they had back then. Personally, some of my ancestors made some tragic mistakes too. If you go back far enough in any family you might find anything from moonshiners to murders. I have done my best to document what I have to try to make sure what I have is accurate but I just want you to know that there will be mistakes. Not intentionally, but I have to get my information through oral history, other sites and census' all of them can have mistakes. Don't be concerned if a name or date is wrong or misspelled. Birth records were not kept up to date like they are now, and some of the records, have been destroyed and there is no way to recover them. What I'm trying to say is, there will be mistakes, expect them but also expect that there is probably a lot of truth in what you read also. I have decided to display only the dates of birth of those that are deceased for security reasons. I know we all consider our family a beautiful blessing from the Lord. However if you do know of a correction please send it to me and help me keep this site up to date. Contact information:brmtgal@yahoo.com It is against the law to copy information from one site to another and in anyway suggest that all the material was your own. This site may be used for informational purposes only. I have made my site available as a tool for those interested in learning more about their family history. You are free to use the names and dates freely of those deceased. I am more than happy to share that, but permission is needed to use the stories and pictures and they are protected under the copyright laws. Please contact me for special permission to use a story, picture or document of any kind other than a census report if you are a direct descendant of that person. *******************************************************************************

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index.
